• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• SRK Dairy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

SRK Dairy delivers products only to selected serviceable locations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays in delivery shall not make SRK Dairy liable for any compensation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and contact information.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect contact details
• Customer unavailability

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product found spoiled or defective upon delivery
• Missing item from the order

Refund Request

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide relevant details or photographs for verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Product Quality

• Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
• Milk, curd, paneer, lassi, flavoured milk, ghee, and doodh peda should be stored according to recommended storage conditions.
• SRK Dairy is not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
